Supriya brings over 18 years of rich experience working in diverse, global environments in HR functions with various organizations across several industries like Marico, Johnson & Johnson, MWH, TomTom & CBSE. Her key areas of expertise include Education, Communication Enhancement, Personal Transformation, Leadership Development, Feedback, Coaching & Counselling, Corporate Etiquette and Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Service Excellence and Content / Solution Design, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Staffing and Learning & Development.

She believes in a facilitative approach and works through building trust and relationships. Her experience with a wide range of industries helps her effectively bridge the gap between the conceptual and practical aspects. This also makes her an empathetic yet result-oriented and hands-on facilitator, coach and consultant.

Supriya is an ardent advocate of skill development and entrepreneurship. She also firmly believes in the Ex-Military talent being the best workforce that is available to Corporate India. This belief coupled with her passion to be a catalyst in the change process for others has helped her start her own venture, “SKILLSTER Employability Solutions LLP”.

Recognizing the challenges that military personnel face while transitioning to the private sector, SKILLSTER offers research based comprehensive solution that includes one on one coaching, skill-set assessment, profile outline, resume building, interview preparation, career survey, personal network building and various industry specific skill based training workshops to help Ex-servicemen, Military spouses and Graduate Dependents secure a rewarding career.

An Army wife on one hand and a driven corporate leader having global mindset and proven track record across HR on the other hand, Supriya combines her business knowledge, project management, human capital expertise and talent management with her extensive Army experience in implementing Employment Advocacy to the Ex-Military personnel and their families.

Being the Ex-Military Talent Inclusion Strategist and Expert, Supriya is on her mission to sensitize and help Corporate India create Veteran Recruitment Programs that expand into the company’s diversity DNA and are results focused. She brings deep content expertise on planning and implementation of Ex-Military recruitment Strategy and Initiatives that identifies diverse talent, working closely with executive leadership teams, influences for results, coaches & builds awareness developing the business case for Diversity & Inclusion Values Based Branding.

Supriya has a pragmatic approach to move Ex-Military talent inclusion from ‘Good intentions’ to specific achievements to benefit the business bring together diverse synergies, strengths, backgrounds and perspectives to achieve strategic business imperatives, advance its talent performance, recruitment goals and drive innovation.

Supriya is the convener of Military Family Human Resource Development Forum with the Military Chamber of Commerce and actively involved in various forums like Maratha Chamber of Commerce Industries & Agriculture (MCCIA) Pune, NASSCOM, Women Wave, Army Placement Cell and Maharashtra Ex-Servicemen Corporation.

Supriya studied her Master of Science at Pune University and Masters in Business Administration at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune.
